Hi,

I found this article most entertaining, and most relevant to my work. I am currently studying personality in school, and found a question on a quiz where we were supposed to discuss the differences of anxiety within introverts and extroverts. I found it challenging as to understand anxiety has always been a bit of a struggle for me. But most importantly, understanding myself, and yes, I am an extrovert, was always a struggle I faced.

Thanks for this well written, well explained article, and I intend to order your books via Amazon.

Thank you.

Thanks, very useful. I have the book "The Introvert Advantage" and would thoroughly recommend it. I have a problem where I've developed an anxiety but it's not a social phobia although it could be related. When I drive, I get very self-conscious that others may laugh at me for not driving faster or turning that corner when they would've, etc. What sort of treatment is good for treating performance anxiety or other anxiety in introverts as opposed to extroverts? Given that we use brain chemicals differently, I thought maybe there is different treatment eg drug therapy or other therapy that stimulates production of acetylcholine? Any ideas?
