Dr. Wells is a caring, compassionate professional
who has helped me greatly. I would highly recommend him, especially for help with OCD.

I discovered through much prodding that keeping a "journal" can be a way of opening up, it forced me to be introspective. I can't really explain it but there was a connection between the mental and physical part of me!
I realized that I wasn't alone and that others shared my same feelings and thoughts and went through some of the same situations I did. I think I finally realized that I didn't want to loose the "war" by letting my employer continually win the "battles"! For me finding interests and learning new things that had no connection to my employment helped me move forward! I don't feel as though I am 100 % but boy have I come a long way. Its been over ten years for me and I feel I have put so much space between me and my former employer I have to remind myself that I was actually employed by that organization!
